Levels of Care
These levels of care—PHP and IOP—are designed to provide progressively less intensive support as individuals move through their recovery journey, with tailored care to meet specific needs at each stage.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive care for individuals who require a higher level of support but do not need inpatient care. It consists of 5 hours of group therapy each day, 5 days a week lasting for 30 days. This level is ideal for those needing structure and support while transitioning back to daily life.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexibility with 3 hours of group therapy, three days a week for 30 – 90 days. It is designed for individuals who need a structured, therapeutic environment but can maintain some autonomy in their daily activities. IOP is ideal for those who have made progress in PHP or need continued support.
Individualized Therapy
Individual Therapy at Amel Therapy Center provides personalized one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist. These sessions are tailored to address each client’s unique needs, focusing on personal growth, coping strategies, and working through individual challenges in a confidential and supportive environment.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy offers a dynamic, supportive setting where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges. Led by a skilled therapist, this service helps clients build communication skills, learn from peers, and develop healthier coping mechanisms, all while fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
Sober Living
Amel Therapy Center offers Sober Housing under 24-hour supervision, providing a safe, structured living environment for individuals in recovery. The housing program promotes freedom while encouraging patients to reintegrate into society, helping them develop life skills and maintain sobriety as they transition to independent living.
Trauma
At Amel Therapy Center, we believe that addiction is often a symptom of deeper underlying issues, and those issues are typically rooted in trauma. Trauma is the “wound” that needs healing in order for an individual to achieve lasting sobriety and true recovery.
